Reflex Grid

Memorize fast. Click clean. Outscore under time pressure.

Reflex Grid is a timed memory duel on a 5x5 grid. A generated pattern flashes briefly, then both players score by selecting remembered cells before the memory timer expires.

Overview

The grid size is 5x5. The pattern is seeded and deterministic for the round, so both sides receive the same target cells.

Round flow is phase-based: countdown, short flash reveal, then memory input window.

Scoring is additive per selected cell: correct picks increase score, wrong picks reduce score.

How To Play

  1. 1

Set ready to arm the first round when the gate is active.

  2. 2

Watch the countdown, then memorize the flashed pattern (flash duration is currently 300ms).

  3. 3

During memory phase (currently 5000ms), toggle cells you remember from the pattern.

  4. 4

Each selected pattern cell is +1, each selected non-pattern cell is -1.

  5. 5

Submit your action; if time expires, submission is auto-triggered.

How To Win

For each round, the higher score wins; equal scores produce a draw.

Rounds are grouped in manches: first to 2 round wins takes the manche, with a third round only if needed.

The match ends when a player wins 2 manches; those manche outcomes are what the lobby flow uses for progression.

Competitive Aspect

You balance speed and precision: over-clicking risks penalties, under-clicking leaves points on the table.

Because both sides share the same pattern seed, advantage comes from recall quality and cleaner execution.
